OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns . Negative pregnancy test rules out any pregnancy. Brown or pink vaginal discharge can be due to local lesions in cervix or vagina including cervical cancer or due to vaginal infection.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated including pap smear and get treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you a good health.
